We are looking for another Technical Consultant / Product Manager (m/f/d) who will play a key role in shaping the company’s successful future. With your technical expertise and communication skills, you can make a real difference here. From providing application consulting to customers and handling customer complaints to project management, you can expect a diverse and exciting range of responsibilities with plenty of room to shape your role.
Your Responsibilities:
- Point of contact (internal and external) for technical inquiries
- Application and service consulting
- Customer-specific clarification of manufacturing and modification orders
- Supporting a wide range of product certifications and performing related quality assurance tasks
- Preparation and revision of technical documentation
Your Skills:
- Completed vocational training or a degree in electrical engineering or a related field
- Solid electrical engineering expertise, preferably in the field of electric drives/electric motors
- You are characterized by a structured, independent, and results-oriented approach to work, as well as excellent analytical and technical comprehension skills
- Basic written and spoken English skills
- Nice-to-have: Proficiency in Microsoft Access, Visual Basic, and 3D CAD software
