Your tasks:
- Processing customer inquiries, preparing quotations and orders as well as further order processing
- Administrative support for the sales team
- Providing telephone advice to our customers
- Maintenance of customer data in the ERP system
Your skills:
- You have completed commercial training as an industrial clerk (m/f/d), office clerk (m/f/d) or a comparable qualification
- You have commercial expertise and technical understanding and are experienced in processing customer enquiries
- You are characterized by a structured, independent and results-oriented way of working, you have good comprehension skills
- Your professional interaction with customers is characterized by your communication skills and good command of English
- Good knowledge of MS Office and initial ERP experience
