Your tasks:

  • Processing customer inquiries, preparing quotations and orders as well as further order processing
  • Administrative support for the sales team
  • Providing telephone advice to our customers
  • Maintenance of customer data in the ERP system

Your skills:

  • You have completed commercial training as an industrial clerk (m/f/d), office clerk (m/f/d) or a comparable qualification
  • You have commercial expertise and technical understanding and are experienced in processing customer enquiries
  • You are characterized by a structured, independent and results-oriented way of working, you have good comprehension skills
  • Your professional interaction with customers is characterized by your communication skills and good command of English
  • Good knowledge of MS Office and initial ERP experience
